    Recent advancements in infosec, as well as newly found bugs and vulnerabilities will be discussed.

  3. Wireless Forensics: Deep Shankar Yadav (Duration: 20 Minutes)
    Abstract: Wireless forensics is the process of capturing information that moves over a wireless network and trying to make sense of it in some kind of forensics capacity. The common security technniques, and corresponding forensic methodologies will be covered.

  4. Playing with Privileged Instructions: Adhokshaj Mishra (Duration: 30 Minutes)
    Abstract: Current microprocessors have many instructions which are available in privileged mode (ring 0) only. In general, these instructions allow the user to get "deep" knowledge about code being run, control the CPU behavior etc. These instructions also open a new door to attack vectors, and therefore, are potential targets for attackers. The talk will discuss how one can use these instructions for fun and profit. The talk will focus on Intel i5 CPU running LINUX 3.19.1 x64.

    Abstract: Social engineering manipulate people into doing something, rather than by breaking in using. The popularly used methods like phishing, tabnapping, pretexting etc will be discussed.

  3. Introduction To Metasploit Framework: Aakash Shukla (Duration: 30 Minutes)
    Abstract: Metasploit Framework is a Tool for development and testing of vulnerabilities. Metasploit offers a wide variety of exploits, an extensive exploit development environment, information-gathering and web testing capabilities, and much more. The speaker will cover fundamentals of Metasploit.
