2. Virtual Box has to be pre-installed (VMPlayer or VMWorkstation participants will be on their own)
3. Administrator rights on your laptops are mandatory. (especially people getting corporate laptops)
4. Your laptops should support virtualization software. So test and make sure you are able to run VM's
