2. Presentation: Tracking Emails – By Prashant Mahajan

Prashant talked about What is email tracking, What is need of email tracking, What are different ways to track email, What is level of security against that in free mail service provider like gmail, yahoo, hotmail and rediff.
He explained tracking emails wasn’t the technique of finding the IP from the header of the email. It was more on the lines of reading/opening emails and if they have been forwarded to other people. Involved a few scripts which are embedded in emails as images. There was a home work given (can be said as a question) … how to embed script into images manually (not using a third party service) and add it with emails.

3.  Kinjal presented some thoughts on virtualization, had a good discussion what is the current scenario, problem statment with Host and Guest OS, and  what is  hypervizer how it helps to improved performence against Host and Guest scenario.
